• Exploring the Chakras
  Learn about the physical, psychological and physiological aspects of the system, as well as "Chakra Activating" exercises. Open to all.
  
  
• Expanded Energy Techniques
  Specific techniques for cerebral spinal fluid balancing, sciatica, injury assessment and more. Open to Reiki and Engery work practitioners.
  
  
• The Hara: Explorations into the Sea of Energy
  Learn how to assess the Hara and implement this information into your massage session. We will also discuss the kyo/jitsu theory and its application. Open to all LMT's with knowledge of the meridian system.
  
  
• Asian Theory and Practice
  Private / small group classes based on what you want to learn about Traditional Chinese Medical Theory, the meridian system, and Shiatsu. Please contact me to tailor make your class and schedule.
  
  
• Studies in Zen Shiatsu
  This is an intensive 100+ hr program of various weekend workshops open to licensed massage therapists. It will cover the Masunaga expanded meridian system and theory, hara assessment, kyo/jistu theory and the technique of Zen Shiatsu. A practicum and clinical case study is included.
  This is a continuing series of weekend workshops. Depending on your needs and skill level you can attend at any point.
